how can we restrict a page from editing

we have folder called published data set we would like to restict all these pages for eding from outsiders. currently it is showing i do not have the permissions to do that.

Hey Rama,

So you want a set of users (=outsiders?) not to be able to edit the pages in Confluence but you can't edit the page permissions? With "folder" you mean a parent page?

But you are aware of the necessary space permission to set restrictions, right? So reaching out to a space admin to take care of that (adding restrictions or granting you the permission to do that) should fix the problem, am I right?
