That file is an add-on for Confluence.  You appear to be trying to run it as a java program.

Could you try using it as documented?   Add it to Confluence as an add-on using Admin -> Add-ons -> install

OK, that makes sense. However, when I go to Admin > Add-ons, I don't see where I'm supposed to 'install'?

I'd strongly recommend that you use "find new add-ons" to get it - the UPM will make sure you get the right version and do all the work.

(You could use the install link in the screenshot too, but the UPM is better)
