"Connecting" will always be displayed next to the Publish button when creating, and then "connection timeout" will pop up. If this problem occurs again, please contact your conflict administrator. You may use a proxy server that does not allow websocket to connect, and then click publish after filling in the title, it will show "cannot save" or it will not be published when the connection is displayed
