This looks like a confluence instance managed by your company. So you should be reaching out to the Admin Team who is managing this instance for you. You can ask your colleagues/manager to find more information about it. Unfortunately we can't help you as community members since we do not have access to that system. Hope this helps.

@Thejesvini K S this may be related to your permissions for that page. Can you access the actions dialog in pages further up the tree? If so, and even if not, this may be a permissions issue for you that you need to have your admin inspect and correct.
