We use blogs a lot and often to ask for feedback on a point. When the blog is created all users (assuming they have registered for blog notifications) get a notification and this is good. However, as comments are made then only the author gets the reply.
While I know there are all sorts of logic on why all users should not get comment updates, we as a business would find this valuable as it can often spark thoughts in others to then make further comments. Also others can learn from the comments made.
So bottom line is can you set it so that all users (again assuming hey have registered for blog notifications and have rights to the space the blog is from) get email notifications on comments made to a blog?
Hi Eric,
To receive notifications on Blog posts comments, you must watch the blogposts when they are created according to this page.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Rodrigo
