So, as I understand, we are facing two different issues within your instance:
Users are unable to login to Confluence
Application links are not working
I was unable to extract enough detail from the current issue description. I have a few questions to help with that! Should we get up to speed? Here they are:
- Is there some kind of error thrown when users try to login?
- Is there some kind of error thrown when you check the application links within Confluence?
- What are the other applications that are linked to Confluence via Application Links?
- Was there any kind of change applied to your instance recently?
- Is the login issue affecting all users?
Deniz, if there are errors being displayed in your instance, could you please share some screenshots with us? Just be careful not to disclose any sensitive information with them. The community is an open forum, everyone can see everything posted here.
