User hasn't logged in since January. He has since retired from the military and is now a contractor waiting for a new CAC. Will his account be deactivated?

Hi @Vanessa Berry ,

If you are talking about atlassian accounts, I don't think that they are disabled. If you are taking about your jira instance, only an admin can deactivate an account.
