XML export does not provide XSD: what is the equivalent?

Doing an XML export generates a package (xml.zip archive) that contains the 'entities' XML file. However there is no XSD file. Is it possible to get an equivalent, a file that describes the XML schema?

Thank you,

The XSD is not needed for the purposes for which the xml is generated, so no one has bothered to generate it.

It also changes a lot, potentially for every version of JIRA, its Applications and all the add-ons.
