I am helping someone with an odd situation - in their instance, if they search on the word localhost, they are presented with a message stating, "You are already logged in."
I watched someone do this on their instance, but I cannot reproduce this on my Confluence instance.
Hi @Rob Horan ,
that's odd indeed. I can't reproduce this either.
I think we have some kind of search-manipulating customization here, most likely from a search-related app.
Did they reach out to their admin to clarify this? If they are the admin themselves, they should test the behaviour on a stage instance with deactived app(s).
Kind regards,
Nicolai
Hi @Nicolai Sibler ,
This doesn't happen in their test environment either. It's peculiar.

Hi Rob,
I don't think you and me can solve this from a distance.
It's the admin's job to find out the differences between the instances.

I understand, I was just wondering if anyone had encountered this before, and if so, how they were able to resolve it.
