Why some user from JIRA Server cannot login in confluence?

The confluence user with valid account in JIRA Server (logs in JIRA successfully) cannot log in confluence (invalid name/password message). 

The another confluence user with valid account in JIRA Server (logs in JIRA successfully) logs in confluence without problem.

The only one difference I recognised is in "Unsynced from Directory" list. The first confluence user is stated within the "Username" field expression (ie.: user1,user2,user3), whilst the other user is NOT.

Shall I delete the records from the "Unsynced from Directory" list to fix the problem?

A user will appear in the Unsynced from Directory tab if they were previously deleted from Confluence (or removed from an external directory that was then synchronised with Confluence). A user is considered 'unsynced' if it exists in the user_mapping table and has a username, but lacks a corresponding record in the cwd_user table for their full name and email address.
