Why Code Block is missing after migrate confluence version?

HI,

I migrated my confluence version from 5.0 version to 7.0.. I used official documentation.. Everything is ok, except with de code block macro.. It is missing (i don`t find this macro in all macro) and all my documentation with this macro appear unknow macro.

Can you help me, please?

Could you check the storage file format of page with old data and create new one with code block macro ?
