Which styles to use in Word for preformatted and centered paragraphs?

Are there standard paragraph styles in MS Word that Confluence's Word import will convert to preformatted and/or centered?

I'm kind of thinking the answer is "no," since if I export a file with those formats to Word from Confluence, and then import it back into Confluence, those paragraphs lose their format.s

Hello Robert, currently Confluence import is not keeping the formatting. Nevertheless that could be raised as an improvement request for the feature in http://jira.atlassian.com.
