Which permissions for adding metadata (comala plugin)?

Hello together, 

We set a global metadataset but it seems to be that just space administrators can set metadata to pages. 

If someone can "just" add and edit pages, it is not possible to add or edit metadate. 

Is this a normal behaviour?
