That is the screen for generating a licence. I'm not sure what you mean by "when I click view", as there is no view button or link on that page.

The "view licence" in there takes me to a pop-up box with a licence key in it. What are you seeing?

You need to login into https://atlassian.com and then you can see the license keys..
