One part of our team-space is planned to be used fot knowledge-management. Unfortunately, I cannot find a template which is useful for wiki page. I also don't want to learn all that stuff to create templates. Are there any templates available to be copied or uploaded?
You don't need to learn anything new to create templates. They are the same as standard wiki pages, with the additional ability to format text as guidance (only shows in edit mode, not view)
It's hard to say what might be useful for you to use as a template - whilst Confluence has a number of them built-in, they are very generalised. If none of those are useful to you, then it's quite likely you have specific requirements for your own users, which means you'll need to build your own, as no-one else will have built for your specific needs.
