What plugin is in charge of comments in Confluence?

When I try to add a comment from a notification link, it does not work. I'm wondering if a plugin needs to be updated.

I do not think a plugin is needed. I believe the links in notification mails are limited in time, so not valid anymore after some period.

Maybe it's worth to check that.
