Using headings after tables effects the heading formatting

Confluence 4.1.5

Any heading size 3-6 appearing after a table inserted onto the page become a very small font size. All headings in these sizes occuring before the tables appear in the proper font size.

I have removed all tables from the page, and the headings go to their regular size, but as soon as I insert a new table, the font sizes fo the headings after the table decrease again.

Any thoiughts? Thanks so much!

On thing I could think to check is whether any of text in the table is formatted as headings. One of the tricky things about the PDF export is the "demotion of headings" -- heading levels can change (like H2s become H3s or H4s), and if you're not aware of it, ut can be hard to figure out why headings are getting smaller.
