Using Choose Label while keeping the label text

Hi, 

I am looking for a way to add labels from checkbox / drop down box. 

The Choose Label tool fits my need perfectly, except from one issue - after you select the label, the text of the label disappears from the page together with the checkbox (the label is added to the label list). 

I am looking for a way to keep the text. 

For example - I want the user to choose between two brands, say Costco and Wallmart. 

I add : 

Brand :  Choose Label macro 

But after the user select Costco, I want the label Costco to be added to the page + to see the following - 

Brand : Costco

Appreciate any help or alternative solution.
