I have a customer and his user ID is unsynced from directory.
But this is not happened intentionally. He will continue using Confluence.
How can I add him back to directory resp. resync his user, so that he will be visible again?
If the user is unsynced from the directory, it is possible that changes may have happened in the external directory. Please check whether the user is present in external directory.

thanks for your fast reply.
I checked him in external directory and he was in.
But I realized that last automatical synchronization was made yesterday in the morning , so that synchronized now the user directories manually and user is visible now.
So the issue was caused by lack of synchronization.
