In our pages, the Table of Contents macro has begun displaying non-existent or inappropriate links.
In the list (vertical) mode, this appears as a blank heading at the very top:
In the list view, the Table of Contents returns a bad heading that appears to consist of all headings on the page, before rendering the proper headings as links:
I'll hazard a guess that this isn't ostensibly a problem with the TOC macro itself, but rather some sort of page configuration. Anyone dealt with this before?
