Unable to share a page by email

Question

I wanting to share a page by email to some external users and I do see the email option in the share page option or the ability to pick any internal groups that I want to share it with.

Support notes indicate this feature is a part of the share options but the only share option I see is to copy a link and share it manually.

Ah!  Make sense. We are server version and probably no mail server configured.  I will try that and let you know how I go.  Thanks for taking the time to provide your guidance.

By accident I had the same problem the other day. After some research I found out that you can only enter the mail address if a mail server is configured.
