Unable to configure confluence as a service linux war

Tech Support April 25, 2012

Hi All,

I downloaded Confluence and was able to configure it properly with the Confluence installation instructions; I was also able to get to the setup wizard page using localhost:8080... my problem started when I used the recommendation of making confluence to start automatically (as a service)

I follow the following document:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Start+Confluence+Automatically+on+Linux

I was able to complete all the steps, but not step 8 (starting confluence), I got this error:

[root@vhostxxxx confluence]# //etc/init.d/confluence start

Starting confluence
This account is currently not available.

The confluence user exist in the system, it was succesfully created in step 1

Help with be kindly appreciated
