Hi,
First, setting the scene: I have a parameter "Editors" that has 30 usernames in it. I use it to automatically give permission for editing and approving articles.
Ok, now the problem: some of the users in this list now face the problem "Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment" that pops up when tryng to save a page. Removing the user from this parameter fixes the issue, but then I have to manually give them permissions, because using their name in a set-restrictions macro recreates the same problem.
I personally do not experience this problem, despite my name being in the parameter.
I can not turn collaborative editing off, cuz I do not have such high admin privileges - I am just an admin of one of many spaces.
Thank you in advance!
I have the same problem with the last version of Confluence-Server. After editing and go to Update what I have changed then I will get the following messege:
Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment.
Any suggestion
thanks
