Unable to add in-line comments in Confluence page

Question

When I select the text in a confluence page, the only option I get is to create a Jira task, but no in-line comments.

I've checked in the Admin section whether the Confluence InLine Comments is enabled - all 53 modules are.

I've checked in the User profile settings whether the Task Select is enabled (for the person with whom I have shared the page) - answer is Yes.

This seems to be the case for all Spaces.

Confluence version 6.10.0

Any thoughts what could be happening?
