URGENT support for confluence log in

Hope you are doing well.
I have an issue regarding to confluence account log in problem and need your urgent support.
My confluence account is created by gmail email adress  But recently I lost my phone number and forgot the password for my gmail email adress. Then I can not receive the email notification any more. But since yesterday, our confluence account is asking for email validation which blocked my log in. I have lots of document in our confluence . can you please advise how can I change my email address and log in again in this case? Thanks a lot.
Your urgent support will be really appricaite. Looking forward your feedback ASAP.

Hi @susie and welcome to the Community.

First things first... This is a public forum so it's not wise to share personal information such as email address.

Second, as this is a public forum and your issue is about account access, you'd get better help at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ 

Having said that, Atlassian needs to be able to verify the ownership of the Confluence site. As far as I know, Google offers multiple ways to change the password if you forget your old one - but again, it needs to verify the ownership of the account.

Thanks for your advise and feedback. I deleted my account in this messsage.

From Google side, I already tried several times and several ways but not working. Can you please advise do we have some solutions from confluence side that I can proseed?

For example, I remember my password for confluence. Or I can change to another email address. If you have other solutions to proceed and I can get all the document already in confluece, that will be great. Thanks again.

You need to have access to your Atlassian/Confluence account to change the password / email address.

 

Having said that, you can try contacting Atlassian support using the link I provided, I can't speak for them (I am a Community Leader but I'm not an Atlassian employee) they may have other recovery options.
