Trouble logging in with the SharePoint Confluence Content app

We have the SharePoint Confluence app installed in our SharePoint Online App Catalog.

One of our users has been trying to use it and has said that the app displays a message reading "You are not logged in to Confluence", even though they are logged in to Confluence on another tab.

The app may have been installed by a user using a different Confluence domain. Is the app tied to a specific domain, or should the authentication just work as long as you're logged into Confluence?

Please note I'm a SharePoint admin and don't even use Confluence, so apolgies if my question doesn't make much sense.

Thank you for contacting us about this.

I'm really not familiar with the SharePoint Confluence app that you mentioned. Is this a 3rd party app? You may have better success getting in touch with the vendor about this issue. If it's saying that you're not logged into Confluence, then it might not be passing your session properly.
