To create a historical record for each edit in revised of Confiform

There are records in Confiform Table view. Each record can be edited/ modified multiple timee say for 4 times.I want a table view for these such that it contains all history for each records. For eg

Name Id Status.    Date

John 34  On hold 24 Apr

Now the status changed to "In Process" on 27 apr, "Completed" on 30 Apr. So I want three records for these

Name Id Status.    Date

John 34  On hold 24 Apr

John 34  In Process 27 apr

John 34  Completed 30Apr
