Thank you Hanis, but I use it in a generated wiki markup, from another macro (SQL).

I have found that the code

[!image.jpg|width=80px!|^image.jpg]

works providing that image.jpg is attached to the page

In Confluence 4, you can just insert an image to Confluence page and with a single click on it in the editor, there will be a property panel that you can select from to set thumbnail sizes or click on the text displaying the pixel size of the image to set your own specific thumbnail size. See here for details: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Displaying+Images#DisplayingImages-Controllingtheimageappearance

I see. Yeah that will work too. So as these:

!image.jpg|width=80px|height=60px!

!image.jpg|thumbnail!

The first shows a small image, but it is not clickable. The second is clickable but doesn't allow to change the size of thumbnail

Let's stick with your resolution then :)
