The first thing to do with performance issues is identify what exactly is slow.  Page rendering?  Admin actions?  Editor load?  Editor saving a page?  Email being received late?  REST calls?

The timer in the log is telling us nothing more than a status check on Synchrony took 11 seconds.  That's not a performance issue, that's normal operation.

Please could you tell us what you are experiencing as slow?

is there any suggestion how to get more detail log or method? The performance issue happen randomly when open the page "recently " and the "recommend list" in search bar.

the confluence server is running in my localhost.

any clue will be much appreciated.

Start with a look at what exactly is slow - that will guide you as you where you could enable more logging.

I guess it's well documented in the issue:
But as usually it takes time for thousands of users to find this bug for voting so that one takes care of the error
