Suvey makro can't be installed

Hi,

I've tried to install survey makro today. Unfortunately it's not working. The message is shown: "

This add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled. Please refer to the logs for more information."

Has anyone of you already had this problem before and can help?

Probably, but I'm afraid you haven't given us any information that we can work with.

As the error message says, the very first thing you need to do is read the logs - they will probably tell you why it's failed. (You might want to try disabling and re-enabling the plugin from the plugin list screen, that might tell you something more, and it might dump logging information into the logs when you do it, so you don't have to work back through them to when you installed. But you really do need to read the log)
