As the error message says, the very first thing you need to do is read the logs - they will probably tell you why it's failed. (You might want to try disabling and re-enabling the plugin from the plugin list screen, that might tell you something more, and it might dump logging information into the logs when you do it, so you don't have to work back through them to when you installed. But you really do need to read the log)
