Stop and Start Confluence Service under 2012 Windows Server 64 bits

Hi,

I try to set up an https access to Confluence under 2012 Windows Server 64 bits.

I use the Atlassian doc (Running Confluence Over SSL or HTTPS) but I have a problem in Step 4, when I do restart the service. The service don't start because the process take mote time.

Do you have any idea ?

You'll need to explain more of what step 4 is and what you're seeing it do if you want our help.  We don't have enough information here.   Also, might be handy to point at the doc you are following.
