When I try the Cloud Migration assistant for the Confluence server which uses a local URL (cannot be accessed from external network), it stucks in the Check step and keeping loading like forever.

Does Cloud Migration assistant support the on-premise server using local URL?

@Sean Cheung

The migration assistant needs to be able to access the internet.  If you are using internal routing on your intranet even if the connection can get out it will be lost when it returns if you are not handling routing properly.  I would suggest working with the network team to make it work.

We can access the internet from our server.

For the traffic returned to the Migration Assistant, do we need whitelist any IP and port? I am not sure what I should ask our network team to do to resolve this problem.
