Restrictions on web links in Confluence

Hello there,

i want to set  restrictions on a confluence template, so that only certain groups can create pages via this confluence template. How can i do this? 

Or can I configure a confluence template, via comala workflows, so that it always started with the same workflow? For the most pages I use another workflow. I have then two concurrent workflows on a space. Is this possible? The first workflow I want to use to creat parental level. The second vor normal pages.

Basically from what I see it is related to Comala workflows.. When you want to restrict specific workflow to a page I think labels can be used.
