Reset Password

Deleted user September 30, 2020

Hello. I'd like to reset my password in Confluence. I tried to login but got the error that password is incorrect. However I never change it, and it was auto saved. Not sure what’s happened. When I click  forgot password, I am getting an error: Sorry, you can't retrieve your password as no email service has been configured for SPRINT Wiki. Please contact your administrators for assistance. Can you please advise what to do in this case? Thank you

Hi @[deleted] ,

the error message says, that you can not reset your password, because there is no email configuration in Confluence and Confluence needs to send you an email to reset the password yourself.

So you'll need to find an administrator for your Confluence, probably someone in the IT department. They can reset the password for you.
