Programmatically change all text-data macro outputs to richtext

After upgrading to v4.3 from v3.5 there are still many text-data macro calls that have the output set to be wiki rather than richtext.

Can this be changed during the upgrade process?

Are there any negative impacts to leaving them in the wiki output or should they all be changed?

Is there a way to programmatically change all of them or do they each have to be modified individually?

Should not have any negative impact as they can be rended by using the wiki markup macro, otherwise, yon can check the instruction in the page:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF43/Migration+from+Wiki+Markup+to+XHTML-Based+Storage+Format

may help to understand how it works.
