Problems in loading Confluence pages in issues of a Jira Project

Tecsidel Tecsidel November 12, 2013

Jira in v5.2.11 and Confluence v5.3.1.

We have made an integration between both systems but we are not able to load from a Jira Project the pages which are concern for the person assign to that issue.

1st problem: The issues links, the "Confluence Page" is mention as a "Wiki Page" instead of a Confluence Page. and reporting that the user has not permisson (but the link works)

2nd problem:When an issue link is reported from Jira to Confluence, the screen for searching a Confluence page is overworked trying to load.

The JIRA's permission scheme, Confluence's spaces and pages are correctly validated.

Jira and Confluence Users are validated with our LDAP. RPC is enabled.

Application links are correctly established between both systems.

Waiting for you feedback. And thanks in advanced!!

My guess here is there is network inteference due to a proxy config. I would try recreating the application links using ip:port for the application URLs and your resolvable proxy urls for the display url. Both of these fields are found in the application link edit screen. Note that you cannot edit the application URL. You will have to delete the applink and recreate it using the ip:port for application URLs. Be sure to use the ip:port on the reciprocal link that gets created in step 2 as this will usually resolve to the proxy url.
