Hi,
We have problems with the path to the uploaded pictures on some confluencepages. Our server has 2 names (real server name and an alias). It is actually used over the alias, but some use it with the previous "real" server name. Configured in Confluence is the alias server name.
Now to the problem - on some pages the pictures are linked differently - some to the real and others to the virtual. If you are not registered with both, then some pictures are not displayed.
The images are stored on the system under the default path:
C:\Program Files\Atlassian\ApplicationData\Confluence\attachments
In the database I could only find the filenames - no path. How can we load all images from the alias name?
Thanks
Karsten B.
You can't. The alias is invisible to Confluence, and it can only work with one base url.
Almost all images are correctly loaded by the actually used alias (which is also configured in Confluence too) - only a few are not (which may have been uploaded from the other server address).
Somewhere must be stored where they were uploaded?

No, its saving them fine, the problem is the use of the access that is not via the base url.

The base-url is the server-alias we use (99%). This works normaly fine. But on a few pages with several images some of servername1 and others of servername2 are displayed - and sometimes just partly because of rights problem.
