Problem when importing a word document.

I selected a file via browse and can't get any further.  An empty red box appears on the Import File screen indicating an error but no further information.  We are using Confluence Cloud.

Hi @Donna King , I realize this is an old post. Are you able to reproduce the still? I just attempted and was able to successfully import in my cloud instance. What is this in server or cloud?
