we having difficulty to access jira confluence under different administrator account login.
so far thats only 1 login was able to access jira confluence which is sysadmin.
our account have assigned as administrator unfortunately no right to access to confluence.
please advise which setting need to be done in order to allow others account to access confluence.

To allow confluence access in general a user must inherit the "can use" global permission. You can learn about global permissions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/global-permissions-overview-138709.html
Administrator privileges are granted through the group membership of confluence-administrators.
