Need urgent help : not able to find app for Verification code. Please guide

I am stuck with 2 step verification code. I have enter password. Now it is asking me 6 digit verification code using phone. Which is the app for verification code?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We can't actually tell you.  There are a number of 2fa options available, and we can't know which one your organisation has chosen!

You will need to talk to your administrators, or the people who asked you to use the system.

Usually the app for 2-factor authentication would be Authy, Google Authenticator or Duo. This is setup by the time you create your account by scanning a QR Code.

If you did not configure or does not have the recovery codes for your access, you can contact your organization administrator so they can assist you in resetting your MFA.

In case you do not have an admin, you can submit a support case at https://support.atlassian.com.

Thank you @Eugenio Onofre for your prompt response with details.

However, after downloading Duo, it is asking me Activation code or QR code. 

On selecting Activation, it asks me to get this code from IT Admin .

I do not have QR Code. 

After so much of difficulty fianlly figured out Support option and has raised ticket TRELLO-126711

Honestly, it has not been good at experience using Trello, didnt find it to be user friendly. Have keep to exploring their website to even get Support.
