Monitoring user Activities

hey all, 

I want to create a dashboard to monitor user's activity to enhance it...

I want to know how much every user edits/adds/delete,

what users saw what pages, and what pages are the most viewed...

if possible I would also like to make surveys between users.

is there any plugin for that? I tried looking on the web but couldn't find anything useful.

hey! thanks for answering, but this addon seems to give only high-level statistics, I need statistics for each user who has been using my space.
