I have a master page and child page, my query is if I make a change in the child page the changes should reflect on the master page too.

Make your "master" page a series of "include: child page X" macros instead of a block of copied text.

HI @harshaforu

The change history is only available per page. So it isn't possible to see the change history of another page.

If you are on confluence server, you could write an user macro (I could help you with this)

If you are on confluence cloud, I'm not sure, whether there would be a plugin for this.

Regards, Dominic
