Lost content after latest confluence version update

Hello Atlassians, 

Wonder if you'd be able to share some wisdom on how to recover lost data, that had been discovered missing after Confluence version update, on pages and in spaces where attachments that appear to be there when hovering over the page title in the space preview, give 'missing page' error when clicking on attachment, and pages with missing pictures that were pasted in. The later appear as empty frames with a pic icon on the top left corner, 

Any clues?

You are not with atlassain support here, but in the community.
In order to be able to help you if necessary, you would have to write something about your system, the type of update, etc.
However, it is better to ask your system administrator or open a support ticket at atlassian confluence support.
