Link Confluence on different Servers

Hello there,

I have a question. I have installed Confluence on 3 Servers separately linked with Active Directory. Is there a way possible to link all these 3 Confluence Instances so that the Users of Confluence Server 1 can see content on Server 2 and 3 and vice versa ?
I have achieved this on Jira but can't find a way to setup and configure this on Confluence.
