License status: Incompatible with product license (wrong type)

We purchased Cache Plugin Licenses (Cache Plugin for Confluence 2000 Users: Commercial License) for our Confluence system (Confluence 2000 Users: Commercial License). Now, we have some troubles with the developer license. We get the message "License status: Incompatible with product license (wrong type)".

Cache Plugin Version: 4.2.0
Confluence Version: 3.5.16

This usually happens when you try to put a developer licence for a plugin into a system that has a production licence. (And vice-versa)

Check what types of licence you are using for both Confluence and the plugin.

Thank you for the fast answers. We had a production license (not a developer license) on our development confluence system. Now it seems to ok.

When you say "the developer license" are you referring to the license you are using to run the plugin on a secondary developer system? This is obtained by going to my.atlassian.com and going to View Developer License for the plugin.
