License error during the confluence update

Sergey Arbuzov December 8, 2021

We use confluence in Docker. Our support license expired on 21.10.2021

The current version is 7.9.3

The update assistant says we can update to versions till 7.14.0

But during the update, we got an error "The support was expired"
We suppose we should be able to update any version released before the end of our support.

How can we manage that?

@Sergey Arbuzov  Can you try going to 7.13.1 and seeing if that gives you the same error?

Yes, the same error

License Inconsistency: Confluence support and upgrades for your current license have expired.
You'll need to supply a valid license key. Confluence can't start without this.
If you have a new license, please enter it on this page and restart.
