I have added a Jira Structure via the Structure macro into a Confluence Page. The Confluence page is shared with all Confluence Users. The Jira Structure is set to be Viewable by Everyone, and the View on the structure is also set as Viewable for All. However, there are users that can see all other content on the Confluence page but they CANNOT see the Structure. As far as I can tell these users also have Jira access.
Any ideas on where this issue could be?
Hello @Melissa Averkamp
For users to be able to see a structure in Confluence, they need to be able to see the same structure in Jira. For this, they need to:
- have at least the View access level for that structure;
- and be included on the Users of Structure permission. Without this permission, users won't see any structure, regardless of how its individual permissions are configured. You can grant the Users of Structure permission in Jira at Administration | Structure | Configuration.
I hope this helps. If you need further assistance or have other questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.
Best regards,
Stepan

Stepan, That seems to be the issue - Thanks! Waiting to understand the cost and/or licensing implications of adding multiple users to the permission group.
