Jira Checklist URL new tab automatically

Hi, 

how do ich add a link to a Jira checklist, so that it will be open automatically in a new tab? 

I found this: 

[ ]* [Link](https://www.community.atlassian.com)

But this opens in the same tab :( 

Please no plugins, I cannot install any of them :(

@Matthias There is not a way to open it in a new window.
