JIRA INTEGRATION Authentication issue

I am integrating JIRA accounts with a third party application using Auth2 Authentication method. I tested this authentication with a test accounts having id as domain-name.atlassian.net

Performed above authentication by following this document

But when comes the case of JIRA account having another url id Eg.  jira.aws.companyname.com Its not able to authenticate via above method.

Note this this id don't have atlassian.net at the end of url. Instead it have company name. Also this Jira account only opened in AWS.

Any help from your side is appreciated. Thank you!

@Fathima S H Were you able to find a solution for this problem?
Will the authorization url change for something like "jira.aws.companyname.com"?
