Issues editing Confluence when using Chrome and Chromium

If I open an existing page to edit using Chrome or Chromium.  It opens up and there is a blank white page.  I cannot even use the tools on the page.  Are they any settings or features that must be set in these browsers to be able to edit the pages?  Are there any other settings within the server that may need changed.  We are running 7.4.0.

Are you having issues with any other browsers besides Chrome/Chromium?  What do you see in the console when it loads?  Is it happening on all pages or just some of them?
